Are my Papa Mountain rolls supposed to arrive frozen?

No, our fully-baked rolls are stored frozen, but we ship them at ambient (room) temperature, ensuring they arrive within 48 hours or less. The rolls will be thawed and ready to eat upon arrival. You can simply heat and enjoy, or store them in the freezer for later.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
