A DREAM TAKES ROOT

Armed with nothing but ziplock bags and his homemade artisan cheese bread, Solomon set up a table at the August Saturday Market. Inspired by the Brazilian "pao de queijo," his cheese bread was a hit! But it wasn’t just about the food; it was about sharing his belief in fresh, local ingredients and supporting the community. Week after week, more people came back, not just for the bread, but for the passion and purpose behind it.

PERFECTING RECIPES

Those early days were filled with trial and error, late nights, and a lot of love. Solomon spent years perfecting his recipes, always with one goal in mind: to create down-to-earth, comforting food that was also healthy. It wasn’t always easy, but every challenge brought him closer to the vision he had for Papa Mountain—a place where quality and care are baked into every bite.

Thanks to the support of the local community, Papa Mountain began to grow beyond the Saturday Market. Solomon’s products found their way into local restaurants and grocery stores, and soon his new goal was to get into homes across the nation. What started as a small venture became a beloved brand, known for bringing smiles to food lovers and creating moments of joy around the table.
